Professionally cleaning of all types of window treatments is our business. Put our specialized equipment and expertise to use - and you'll have reason to love your blinds and draperies again!

We are a local family business delivering personalized professional cleaning services to clients ranging from large commercial buildings or residential complexes to senior citizens with just a single blind. As we specialize in custom blind, drapery and fabric cleaning with employees who are experienced in caring for both "hard" and "soft" window treatments don't expect any sales pitches for window cleaning, air ducts or carpets! Our technicians have appropriate certifications from both On-Site/SquibCo and the IICRC for what they do.

Commercial clients are encouraged to consult us regarding blind/shade/drapery or other specialty cleaning projects. Whether your needs are cleaning, repairing or replacing - we work with you to find budget friendly solutions.

Estimates? Free estimates while given over the phone are better done in person due to the variety of window treatments and their potential condition.

The accuracy of over the phone estimates depends upon basic information provided such as what type of blind/shade (Duette, mini, Silhouette, etc.)? What size (width in feet)? How many? Age? Condition? Is a ladder needed or are there any other challenging installation or access issues?

Basic Blind Cleaning Rates

Senior Citizens - Be sure to ask! 10% Senior Discount

Full Service: You just write the check. Typically we take the blinds down in the early morning and return them to their place by later in the afternoon all nice and clean. If you don't want same day service, we'll hold them and clean them before the rehang date safely out of the way of the painters, remodeling or other projects. The cost is about $8 per blind more than the basic shop service.

Minimum job sizes apply to appointments for our same day service.* Rates for jobs farther from our shop or involving ladders of complicated take down or rehang work will naturally be more expensive.

Convenient Service: Pick-Up & Delivery

With scheduled appointments - same day return service is standard.

$4.00 per blind + any applicable Travel Charge ($150 min. job)

Valances/Top Treatments $4.50 - $8 per linear foot

Drapes per pleat - $3.00+ unlined, $4.00+ lined

Free Quotes - Prices based upon style, fabric and work that will be involved with cleaning your drapery properly.

We guarantee our dry cleaning method will cause No Shrinkage and No Damage. Our Certified Fabricare Specialists using high end dry cleaning solvents can do things other cleaners won't or can't do safely. You don't have to pay a premium to get the job done by qualified experienced professionals.

"Dry Clean Only" Upholstery Fabric Walls

$150 min. for local area $$ for longer distances

You'll have clean window treatments when we leave.

No need to take them down, hang sheets etc.

Commercial Rates - Larger Volumes/Maintenance Agreements

We work with decorators, retailers, facility managers etc.

Silk Flower or Plant Arrangements: $75 minimum order and appointment required for "Same Day" service.
